The LGBTQ+ Community Café is a space for community members of all ages to come together and form positive relationships with each other within our LGBTQ community—a diverse, inclusive, accepting, welcoming and safe space for everyone.
Leslie Bulbuk, Senior Field Representative, presented Avenidas social worker Thomas Kingery with a Certificate of Appreciation from Representative Marc Berman’s Office to Avenidas for initiating the first Inter-generational Pride Café with the support of the City of Palo Alto LGBTQ Committee. Groovy Judy sang and played the guitar for folks at the LGBTQ café.
