Avenidas Care Partners is hosting a monthly Town Hall series with Dr. Mehrdad Ayati, Director of the Geriatric Center in Los Altos, starting Wednesday, September 16. Each presentation will include an update on Covid-19 matters and focus on current challenges impacting the health of our community.
The September 16, 2020 Town Hall featured special guest is Albert H. Lam, MD, Chair of the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, with slides by infectious disease expert Lily Horng, MD.
