Rooms and Rates
Facility rentals are available from 8:30 am to 11 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
A facility attendant fee of $40/hour applies to all rooms during the following times: Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Facility Tour
All events will be charged a $250 cleaning/damage deposit. It is 100% refundable presuming the premises are left in the same condition as when you arrived. A rental contract will need to be completed and a Certificate of Insurance shall be provided by the renter’s insurance carrier naming AVENIDAS as the certificate holder with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance.
