Avenidas Care Partners is offering a six-part workshop series to explore questions and concerns about long-term care as well as help gain a holistic perspective on how to approach long-term care planning.

Aging, caregiving, working and retirement challenge all of us at different points in time. This last session will review strategies for managing mind over mood, cultivating best practices for minimizing stress, listening to our “body talk” (hypervigilance, anxiety, panic), and developing a daily practice of self-care.
