Avenidas Care Partners is offering a six-part workshop series to explore questions and concerns about long-term care as well as help gain a holistic perspective on how to approach long-term care planning.

Long-term care proactive planning involves a critical review of one’s own values, aging in place goals, health, legal and financial resources, insurance plans, costs and coverages. We will review resources and strategies for helping you begin to create a roadmap for your long-term care (LTC)plans.
