Renewal Labyrinth Walk and Creative Reflection
January 20, 2023 , 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PST
Facilitator: Maia Scott
Walking the winding path of a labyrinth can help to narrow your focus, allowing your heart and mind to open to new possibilities. Interdisciplinary artist and labyrinth facilitator Maia Scott will help you start off the new year with a meditative walk on a painted canvas labyrinth.
After the walk, you will have the opportunity to translate your experience to your creative practice of choice. We will provide materials for drawing. collaging, and writing. You are also welcome to bring your favorite journal or art supplies.
Please wear or bring warm socks or slippers to walk the labyrinth. Finger labyrinths will be available for those who prefer not to walk. Participation in the creative portion of the workshop is optional.
