About the Instructor
Jido Lee Ferguson is an experienced senior yoga and energy teacher who knows how to quickly lower stress levels and coach people within their limitations to reach the edge of their comfort zone. Over the past 8 years, Jido Lee has led dozens of people to apply energy practices to their everyday lives, transforming stress into strength. He has a deep passion for helping people derive a great sense of well-being from their everyday experience. He has led classes and practice at the Palo Alto VA, Stanford Neuroscience Health Center, Channing House, the City of Palo Alto, and Avenidas.
How to Participate
The cost of the course is $60 for Avenidas members and $80 for non-members. Zoom login information will be emailed to registered participants.
