SAIL Fall Prevention Program
February 1 , 10:00 am – 11:30 am PST
The “Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL)” program is an evidence-based fall prevention program that focuses on exercise to improve strength, balance, and fitness. Exercises can be done standing or seated.
Participants must be 60 years or older.
Offered by Avenidas Rainbow Collective and the Silicon Valley Healthy Aging Partnership.
