Mindfulness Self-care (Mandarin Only)
Guest speaker: Teresa Cheng, Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC) Volunteer Instructor
The benefits of practicing mindfulness have long been confirmed by research. Mindfulness is keeping awareness and focus on the present without judgment. It has been widely used in mainstream medicine. It helps relieve stress and promote physical and mental health. Based on “Mindfulness,” CACCC has developed a new curriculum suitable for Chinese culture—”Mindfulness Self-care.”
This event will be offered in Mandarin only.
