Mindfulness meditation deepens our hearts and minds as we bring non-judgmental awareness to whatever arises in our human experience. Peace of mind can be just a breath away. Each class will begin with some instruction and then move to guided meditation.
Facilitator: Susan Ezequelle
Susan has been practicing Insight Meditation since 1997. She is one of the founders of the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City where she served as board president and teacher. She has also trained and served as a hospital chaplain.
