Flu Shots at Cubberley!

Flu shots will be administered at the Avenidas Chinese Community Center at Cubberley Community Center: 4000 Middlefield Road, Room H5, Palo Alto, 94303.

Reservations are REQUIRED for 2021 flu shots. Enrollment opens August 30th. 2021 年流感疫苗預約登記。8月30日開始接受報名。
- Please choose a 30-minute time slot for your flu shot.
- Twenty (20) people will be assigned to each 30-minute time slot.
- People will receive their flu shots on a first come, first serve basis during their chosen time slot.
- Please do not arrive earlier than your chosen time slot.
- You may arrive anytime within your 30-minute time slot.
- Bring your Medicare card, MediCal card, or other insurance card.
- County health orders regarding COVID-19 precautions will be followed.
- Flu shots are offered in partnership with Walgreen’s.
