Disaster Preparedness for Older Adults

Sourcewise aims to build awareness and education for older adults in Santa Clara County through the distribution of disaster preparedness materials and video series. This presentation will prepare seniors for a variety of disasters (earthquake, fire, heat waves, etc.) and help them feel safe in case an emergency were to occur. The presentation will include informational slides, a video, and time for Q & A.

Proudly serving Santa Clara County since 1973, Sourcewise empowers our community by providing access to information through a comprehensive network in collaboration with Santa Clara County, state, and local resources. As we continue to support seniors and caregivers, we expanded our reach to include persons with disabilities and all adults over the age of 18 in Santa Clara County. We aim to inform, educate, and prepare all adults within Santa Clara County to better navigate their health and life options.
