Conversation Guide for Advance Care Planning (Mandarin)
Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC) Virtual Health & Wellness Educational Series
Guest Speaker: Shirley Pan, Executive Director of CACCC
Does your family know your wishes? How do you start a conversation about end-of-life issues? And have you completed your Advance Care Planning?
In most cultures, end-of-life and advance care planning issues are taboos and difficult to speak about and face.
CACCC has been committed to helping the Chinese-American community learn how to address this sensitive subject in a positive way for 15 years.
You are welcome to submit your questions in advance via email prior to the presentation.
This presentation will be offered only in Mandarin.

Made up of over 80 organizations and 1300+ individuals, the Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care is the only network in the U.S. devoted to addressing end of life concerns of the Chinese American community. The coalition provides support in advance care planning, palliative care and pain management, and it offers training in respite and hospice care.
