About the Award
Since 1998, Avenidas Lifetimes of Achievement Awards have been honoring a group of older adults for the contributions to the community in diverse fields like philanthropy, science, education, social justice, and many more. These awards aim to highlight the accomplishments of the selected honorees, preserve our history, and inspire future generations.
Each year’s honorees are announced at a private reception and celebrated during our annual fundraising event.
Submit a Nomination
Thank you for your interest in submitting a nomination for the Lifetimes of Achievement Awards. Please submit your nomination by September 30, 2024.
1. Complete the Nomination Interest Form.
2. Once we receive this interest form, we will send you a customized link to fill out the nomination form online.
3. We also ask for two recommendation letters that can be emailed to Monica Davis at mdavis@avenidas.org
