Renting our Facility
The Avenidas facility offers several venues for your business or civic organization’s gathering. We can accommodate from 20 to 275 guests, depending on your desired set-up. We regret that we cannot accommodate private parties.

In addition to the room rate, an additional fee is assessed for security and a returnable $150 deposit is required.
* Assembly capacity set-up = chairs only, auditorium style
Classroom capacity set-up = tables and chairs
- Rental hours must include one half-hour before and one half-hour after the scheduled event.
- Set-up charges may apply if additional set-up is required.
- Time and house attendant charges will be assessed for use beyond the time originally reserved.
