Join Avenidas Village

Become a member of Avenidas Village and help pioneer this innovative lifestyle, the first of its kind on the West Coast! The Avenidas Village program is open to adults 50+ who live in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Stanford, Woodside, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Atherton, East Palo Alto, and Portola Valley.

Membership is a cost-effective way to reap the benefits of living in your own home while receiving access to the services you need. Single annual membership dues are $825 and $1050 for a couple (2 people in a household). Gift memberships are also available.

As with insurance, Avenidas Village membership allows you to be prepared for the unexpected and provides you with a safety net of support should you require it. Avenidas Village membership offers a sense of belonging to a group, and strengthens your ties to the community. Our dedicated Avenidas Village staff are here to enhance your lifestyle by helping you deal with tasks you previously had to handle on your own.
