The Avenidas Rose Kleiner Senior Day Health Center offers quality adult day health care, including nursing, social work and therapies, and a wide variety of classes and social activities. We encourage the vitality, health, and well-being of less independent adults and enable them to continue living at home, while supporting and providing respite to their families and caregivers. The Center serves frail adults with a variety of medical conditions.
Medi-Cal pays for those who qualify. For those who pay privately, the fee is determined on a sliding scale, based on income and assets. The Veterans Administration may pay for eligible veterans. Avenidas Rose Kleiner Senior Day Health Center is an Adult Day Health Care center (ADHC) licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services.
