Social Work Support Groups
Support groups are led by experienced professionals. These groups allow people with similar experiences to meet, share concerns, and exchange information in a confidential setting. The groups provide:
- Mutual support
- Practical information
- A forum to discuss common problems
Adult Children Or Spouses
Are you concerned about, or caring for, an aging parent, spouse, partner, or relative either close by or in another part of the country? Try one of our caregiver support groups:
- Group for Adult Children of Aging Parents meets: Second Wednesday of each month 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Group for Spouses and Partners meets: First and Third Mondays of each month 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM. On the first Monday there is an emphasis on Alzheimer's-specific care giving, but it is not exclusive. All caregivers are welcome.

Collective Wisdom
Collective Wisdom is a weekly support and discussion group. Members relate their experiences on a range of topics that pertain to aging and growth. Past discussions have included such topics as: forgiveness, appreciation, and best life lessons. The group meets on Wednesdays from 10:00am until 11:30am.
