I want to stay active. Vitality is important, so I work to stay fit and healthy. I love learning new things and meeting new people. Travel and special events add spice to my life, and volunteering adds meaning. I plan to stay involved.
I need a helping hand. Although I’m less active, I still want to stay connected. Having help with meals and housework would be wonderful. I appreciate transportation to run errands and assistance to keep my home safe and accessible. An extra hand is a big help.
I need help with my parents. I don’t know where to start. What resources are available for them? What kinds of support groups and emotional assistance are available for me? I want to make good decisions, but I don’t want to make them alone.
I’d like support as I care for my spouse. Sometimes caregiving is overwhelming. I’m physically and emotionally exhausted. I’d like someone to talk to. I want to do all that I can for my spouse, but I also need time for myself. What is available?
